Manage your subscription
Everything about your subscription — changing plans, pausing, canceling, and updating your card — happens in the secure customer portal. You open it from the Billing page in one click.
Open the customer portal
Go to Billing and select Manage subscription. This opens the customer portal, hosted securely by Stripe, where you can make any change to your plan or payment details. When you're done, use the portal's link to return to Adfit.
What you can do in the portal
Change your plan
Upgrade or downgrade between Starter, Growth and Agency, or switch between monthly and yearly billing. Changes take effect immediately and are prorated — you're only charged (or credited) for the difference for the rest of your current billing period.
Pause your subscription
Need a break? You can pause your subscription from the portal. While paused, billing stops and your plan's features are paused too. You can resume any time.
Cancel your subscription
You can cancel at any time. Your subscription stays active until the end of the period you've already paid for, so you keep access until then — there's no immediate cut-off. After that, your account returns to the Free plan.
Update your payment method
Add a new card or change the card on file directly in the portal. This is also where you'll fix a card if a payment didn't go through.
Canceling during your trial
If you cancel while you're still in your 14-day trial, your trial simply ends and you're not charged. You can keep using the trial until it would have ended.
Resuming a scheduled cancellation
If you've set your subscription to cancel but change your mind, you can resume it from the portal before the cancellation date — the Billing page will show a Resume in portal option while a cancellation is scheduled.
Reactivating after canceling
Once a subscription has fully ended, you're back on the Free plan. To start again, pick a plan on the Choose your plan page. Note that the one-time 14-day trial isn't offered again.
- While active or paused → make changes in the portal via Manage subscription.
- After it has ended → start a new subscription from the plans page.
