We email you about the important moments in your subscription — so you always know what's been charged, what's changing, and if anything needs your attention.
Emails you might receive
Depending on what's happening with your subscription, you may receive any of these:
“Your Adfit {plan} plan is active”
When your subscription starts — at the beginning of your trial or when you subscribe.
“Your Adfit trial ends soon”
A reminder a few days before your free trial ends and converts to a paid plan.
“Your Adfit plan was updated”
When you change plans or switch between monthly and yearly billing.
“Your Adfit payment receipt”
Each time a payment succeeds — your receipt, with a link to the full invoice.
“We couldn't process your Adfit payment”
When a payment fails, so you can update your card before access is affected.
“Your Adfit subscription has been canceled”
When your subscription is canceled, confirming the date your access ends.
Where they're sent
- Billing emails go to the email address on your Adfit account — the one you sign in with.
- Receipts link straight to your invoice, which you can also find any time on the Billing page.
- To change where billing emails go, update the email on your account.
Not seeing an email?
Check your spam or promotions folder, and make sure the address on your account is correct. You can always review your current plan, payment status and invoices directly on the Billing page.
