Reset your password
If you've forgotten your password, you can request a reset link by email and set a new one in a couple of steps.
Set a new password
Open the reset page
On the sign-in page, select Forgot password?, or go straight to the Reset your password page.
Enter your email
Type the email address for your account and select Send reset link. If an account exists for that address, we'll email you a reset link.
Open the link in your email
Check your inbox (and your spam folder) and click the reset link. It takes you to a secure page to choose a new password.
Choose a new password
Enter your new Password, confirm it, and select Update password. We'll then ask you to sign in with your new password.
New password requirements
Your new password must:
- be at least 8 characters long,
- include at least one lowercase letter,
- include at least one uppercase letter,
- include at least one number.
Reset links expire
For your security, reset links are single-use and expire after about an hour. If your link has expired or was already used, request a new one from the Reset your password page.
Using Google to sign in?
If you sign in with Google, you don't have an Adfit password to reset — your Google account manages that. Just use Continue with Google on the sign-in page.
